Uttar Pradesh January 24:In a masterstroke that is expected to flip Congress fortunes in UP elections the government has announced the establishment of the National Institute of Showthrowing and Slapping Sciences(NISSS).Rahul Gandhi further clarfied that the Ministry of Human Resource and Development headed by Censor Sibal has already agreed to the move and has purchased a plot in Delhi in this regard.
The institute will boast of a world class faculty to be headed by Harvinder the man who shot to fame by slapping Sharad Pawar .Making the grand announcment in an election rally the Ram Lalla of Congress Rahul Gandhi has declared that the academy will train students to throw shoes at politicians , bureaucrats,Team Anna and Rakhee Sawant.
Rahul Gandhi was quoted as saying " We understand that this nation is happy with the politicians and these days show love with shoes and slaps .Since we want this love to be "accurate" and pinpointed hence we have established this academy.Harvinder jee will be heading the faculty as the Dean of the institute." The crowd present broke into a cheerful glee and threw shoes at each other to celebrate the occasion.
Meanwhile BJP has denounced this move by saying that the academy faculty will train students to hit only BJP leaders like Nithin Gadhkari and LK Advani.They declared that a PM in waiting cant be made a practical tool for an institute.Mayawati however has decided to oppose this institute by stating that the institute will not cater to the Dalit Samaj.If voted back to power she declared that she will establish the MayAwati Shoethrowing Slapping Academy(MSSA)!
